I had an idea to make Lemon Lime Mixer (and I still may), but the limes are so good, I left them alone to be enjoyed in all their limey goodness.
I was planning on adding some of Laurie's amazingly huge Ponderosa lemons to the mixer, but they have quite the albido layer and it's a bit too bitter for the final product I had in mind...

So all lime it was.
As for the Lime Mixer? On a recent Saturday night, the vat of mixer was gone before the tequila, and given the crowd, that's saying something!
